1. Return Period
   You may request a return within 30 days of purchase. If you do not request a return within 30 days, you will not receive a refund.
2. Return Conditions
   To ensure a smooth return, please adhere to the following conditions:
   The item must be in brand new condition, unworn, unwashed, and with its original tags and packaging.
   Refunds are not available for discounted or clearance items unless the item is defective.
   If the item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.
3. Return Process

Preparing for Return: After receiving your return authorization, please return the item to its original packaging, ensuring all original labels and documents are intact.

Sending the Item Back: Mail the item to the following address. You will be responsible for return shipping costs:

4. Refund Processing
   Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund. The refund will typically be returned to your original payment account within 5-7 business days after review.
5. Shipping Costs
   Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
6. Special Notes
   Please note that shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
